A Night in the Lonesome October

As is tradition, I have decided to read Roger Zelazny's 1993 book A Night in the Lonesome October one chapter per day throughout the month.

I've actually been able to get my partner to join me in this. I have the advantage that it's written from the dog's point of view.

I have read the book before and I think I have even attempted this before, but the last time I'm pretty sure I got impatient and skipped ahead. This has always been a failing of mine.

Let's see how this goes. I've been a Zelazny fan after discovering the Amber books (by the route of the Role-Playing Game of course).
